PLACE AN ORDER

If you want to make an order on our website, you need to choose what you want to buy and provide us with your address and details necessary to pay. We recommend you to create an account so you can track your order.

If you have chosen standard or express shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 1-3 business days. During promotional periods, this time may be extended. You will find your DHL Express tracking number in the email.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

You can do no changes to an order when it has been already placed. If you want to return your order, follow the instructions sent in your package (except final sale items). You may return your order by following the instructions indicated in your package. The price of DHL Express and gift pack will be retained from the total refund amount. All refunds are done within up to 20 business days after the package returned to our facility. During promotion periods, delays are possible.

USE AN OFFER CODE

FIND AN UNCONFIRMED CART

DELIVERY ZONES

AMA Unique delivers to the addresses worldwide, but free shipping is possible to the USA and Europe only. The orders are processed from Monday till Friday except holidays. All the packages are sent via DHL Express. The processing will take 2-6 business days. The package price will be indicated when it is prepared. The delays at the customs are possible when the products are sent from Europe to the USA.

DELIVERY TERMS, SPEED AND MODES

STANDARD SET OF DELIVERY The delivery takes 3 – 7 business days from Europe to the USA (during promotional periods, this term may be extended). Standard free delivery from Europe to the USA takes 3-7 days. The confirmation letter will be sent at the time of making the order. Confirmation email will be sent at the time of order. Email indicating your DHL Express tracking number will be sent when your package is dispatched (1-3 business days after your order confirmation).

Fast delivery by DHL Express The delivery takes 2-6 business days from Europe to the USA (during promotional periods, this term may be extended).
DHL Express cost - $ 80
Confirmation email will be sent at the time of order.
Email indicating your DHL Express tracking number will be sent when your package is dispatched (1-3 business days after your order confirmation).

TRACK AN ORDER

It takes 1-3 business days from the moment your order has been placed to prepare your order for shipment.
You may track the progress of your order at any time in your account.
You will also view your order details and their status there.
When your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number. You may see where your package is now if you visit the carrier’s website and use this number.
Explanation of the Statuses:

  • In preparation: your order is being prepared but not dispatched. When it has been dispatched, you will be informed with a dispatch email.
  • Dispatched: your order has been dispatched. You will have received a dispatch email with confirmation and tracking number. During promotion periods, delays are possible.

MISSING ORDERS

If you did not receive your order, please speak to your neighbors or doorman. If your order hasn’t still been delivered two days after the delivery date indicated in your tracking, please write us via our CONTACT US page.

REFUND POLICY

The return paper is included to your package to ensure processing of your return. Final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged. All final sale items are indicated on the website and in your return paper in your package. Your order can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Your return must be done in one shipment only. We do not accept items returned separately from the already refunded order. If you want to return several orders, please return them individually and do not mix them. Use a separate return paper for each order. We do not accept used items. All pieces must be in their original condition, with tags, labels and original package. ÁMA Unique reserves the right to refuse to make any refund if the items do not meet these requirements.

REFUND TIMELINE

You must return an item no later than 30 days from the date you received your order. If items meet all the requirements of the Refund Policy, you will obtain your money within up to 15 business days from the date the package was received. During promotion periods, the delays are possible. Refunds will be done with the same payment method you’ve chosen to make your order. If you have any problems with obtaining your money, please contact us via our website.

The return processing will take up to 10 business days after receiving. CONTACT US to get an instruction on how to do it.

FINAL SALE

Final Sale items cannot be returned. Final Sale items will be indicated on product pages and at checkout.

If you don’t find a desired size or color of the item you’ve selected on the website, you need to choose Customized Order button, add your personal information into the additional item fields. Then enter your Shopping Cart and place it as an ordinary order.
We recommend you to create an account to be able to keep track of your order and view your bill of costs.
As soon as your order is confirmed, you will be redirected to the screen confirming that you order is placed. In a few minutes you will receive confirmation email with your order number. We sew your order 7-10 days and then it is dispatched (1-3 days). Delivery time depends on where it is necessary to deliver it. During the time of promotional periods this delay may become longer.
- During the special operations on the website and in the case of the stock check, the preparation period may be extended (in this case you will be informed on the website).

If the desired color or size of the product is not available, it is easy to search as well but buying the product you tap the Customized Order button and make a purchase. The Customized Order delivery takes more time than the standard order on the website.

CUSTOMIZED ORDER RETURN

Pre-orders cannot be returned.Customer orders are sent under the same conditions as final sale items.

All our items are designed by our team, and we do our best to offer trendy women's clothing to you online. Our clothes design is adapted for a wide range of sizes from S to plus size. QUALITY ISSUE
